Participation Waiver

1. Acknowledgment of Risk
I understand and acknowledge that participating in or observing sports camps, clinics, and related activities organized or hosted by Leap Pro LLC (collectively, the “Activities”) involves certain inherent risks. These risks include, but are not limited to, potential for bodily injury, property damage, and, in extreme cases, death. I further understand that these risks may arise from my own actions or inactions, the actions or inactions of others, or the condition of the facilities or equipment used during the Activities.

‍2. Assumption of Responsibility
I hereby assume full responsibility for any and all damages, injuries (including death), or losses that may be sustained or incurred by me (or my child, if applicable) while attending, participating in, practicing for, or observing the Activities, whether occurring on Leap Pro LLC premises or at any offsite location.

‍3. Waiver and Release of Liability
In consideration of being allowed to participate in or observe the Activities, I waive all claims, release, and agree to hold Leap Pro LLC, its owners, shareholders, directors, officers, employees, representatives, agents, affiliates, and lessees (collectively, the “Released Parties”) harmless from any and all liability, claims, suits, damages, expenses, fees, actions, or causes of action—including those arising out of negligence—that I, my family members, heirs, or guests may have now or in the future relating to the Activities. This release specifically includes, but is not limited to, any injury, death, or property damage arising out of or in any way connected with my (or my child’s) participation in the Activities.

‍4. No Medical Services on Premises
I understand and acknowledge that Leap Pro LLC does not provide or contract with any medical services on or about the premises, nor does it maintain provisions for ordinary or emergency medical care. I agree that I am solely responsible for obtaining any medical treatment that may be required and that I am financially responsible for all costs and expenses relating to any such treatment.

‍5. Protective Equipment
I agree to wear, or ensure my child wears (if applicable), all protective equipment required by Leap Pro LLC or recommended for the Activities. I acknowledge that failing to do so may increase the risk of injury and is done at my own risk.

‍6. Covenant Not to Sue
I covenant not to sue or assert any claim against the Released Parties for any injury, death, or property damage arising from my (or my child’s) participation in the Activities. I understand this covenant extends to all claims, including those based on the Released Parties’ alleged or actual negligence.

‍7. Electronic Consent and Voluntary Agreement
I acknowledge and agree that by checking the designated box during the online registration process, I am providing my legally binding electronic signature. I further acknowledge that I have read this Participation Waiver & Release in its entirety, fully understand its terms, and understand that I am giving up substantial rights by agreeing to it. I do so voluntarily and without any inducement.
