How To Improve
When switching directions in the air or with bounce ups, try to keep the ball between knee height and waist. Work on varying that height so defenders hesitate to reach in.

How To Improve
When doing the backspace pulls before accelerating, make sure you are shifting your feet and weight to pull the ball back and not just your hands. If you are shifting and moving with the pulls you can change directions if a defender comes in hard. If you're just using your hands you will have to reset your feet and balance to dodge them.
