The speed and control of your ramp ball execution was well done tonight.

How To Improve
Your speed and control during the tootsie rolls are to be admired. If possible get your head up while doing them so you could see where a defender might try to sneak in and steal the ball.

Session Strengths
Abby, Your double pulls were quick and the hesitation in the middle before exploding on the second one would have made a defender drop to a tackle and miss the second pull.

How To Improve
When executing a jab, forehand, or backhand tackle, please make sure you bend your knees and not your back to get a wide stable base to hold the tackle and not overbalance and get knocked off the ball.

Session Strengths
You were really quick from the backspace to the dummy (C-dodge) to the lift. That shift right in the air will leave people stumbling backward to catch up to you.

How To Improve
Your rock the baby, airlifts from side to side were a little high. Work on keeping them consistently below your knees as you move forward.

Your V-pull to a lift was quick and controlled. You’re lifting with your body now and keeping up with the ball instead of chasing it.

How To Improve
With the ramp ball, you have good speed but you're not turning your wrist and leaning a bit forward to create the ramp. Also, remember you have to continue moving to follow the ball after it ramps over before pulling it back or dodging another defender.

Session Strengths
Your double pulls into the flick motion were quick. Visualize where you want the flick to go and score on the next goalie you come up against.

How To Improve
To help sell the C-dodge, move your hips and drop your shoulder a bit as you go around the ball. It will also let you shift your weight to help with the pull in the other direction.
